1. BOOK YOUR VIP DAY

Reserve your preferred VIP Day with a 50% deposit and you’re all booked in! Share your links, full details of your project tasks in priority order. (I will review your list and if is likely to take 2 days to complete, I will let you know and we can book another day in.)

2. SCHEDULE YOUR STRATEGY CALL

Next, we will schedule in your 1-hour Strategy Call around 4-7 days before your VIP Day. This call will ensure that we’re on the same page with expectations, and will help us to make sure we’re using our time together most effectively.

3. COMPLETE PREP WORK

I will send you the Questionnaire and Google Drive folders to gather all your project details and content ready for the big day…

3. ON THE DAY

I will spend the 8 hours intensively working on your design to do list as we’ve agreed. You will not need to available all day, I will require your availability 1-2 times during the day for your feedback / design sign offs. If more time is needed, we can discuss extending your VIP experience with another half/day session.

4. LAUNCH, CELEBRATE & AFTERCARE!

Time to celebrate, yay! Once your VIP Day is complete you can revel in your completed tasks and new designs. All final files will be delivered to you 1-2 business days after your project date ready to be shared far & wide! On top of that, you can also benefit from 7 days of email support, giving you the opportunity to ask and questions and tap into my design know-how.

HOW DOES THE VIP DAY DESIGN INTENSIVE WORK?

Simply choose a date from ‘Next available slots’ for your VIP Day when you will be available to answer questions and give feedback. Please let me know exactly what design to-dos you wish to complete, in priority order and send me any links. If the list is likely to need 2 days to complete, I will let you know and we can book another day in.

Once I’ve had a chance to review the details, I will send you an invitation to book the additional Strategy Call included in the intensive + send you your Questionnaire for your content. During the 8 hour intensive you will receive my 1:1 dedicated work. Anything I need in order to complete the work is due prior to the start of our project day.

Any files or assets (graphics, edited photos, etc) created for your project day will be exported into formats or templates you can use & sent to you 1-2 business days after our project date.

CAN I BOOK A VIP DAY IF I'M IN A DIFFERENT TIMEZONE?

Absolutely, I work with clients all around the world. Just book in a date that best suits and I will do my best to work with the daylight and working hours in your timezone… We can even split the day to align this even more!

HOW INVOLVED DO I NEED TO BE DURING OUR DESIGN DAY?

You will not need to be available all day. I will be spend the entire working day on your design to-do list that we’ve agreed. I will ask for your feedback 1-2 times via email and it would be really helpful if you could be contactable in case any clarifications or design sign offs are needed.

WHAT IF WE CAN'T FINISH EVERYTHING ON MY TO-DO LIST DURING OUR DESIGN DAY?

When booking your VIP Day, please let me know exactly what design to-dos you wish to complete, in priority order and send me any links. If the scope of list needs more than the 8 hour timeframe to complete, I will let you know and offer you a second VIP Day to ensure all the work can be completed.

CAN I BOOK MORE THAN ONE DAY?

Of course! When you book in your VIP Day, we will arrange a chat to confirm the scope of the work and I will make a recommendation based on your project details. Once we agree on 1 or 2 days, I will confirm your booking on a day that best suits you.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL INVESTMENTS OR CONTENT REQUIREMENTS?

For Web Design updates, please provide any images, copy, photography & enable Full Website Admin access for me prior to your VIP Day. For any design task, you will need to provide any relevant content – images, copy, assets etc. Failure to provide the relevant content/access will result in rescheduling and you will be bumped to the next available VIP Day spot in my project queue and required to pay an additional 50% rescheduling fee to re-book your project back in.

WILL THE VIP WORK BE CUSTOM?

Certainly, I prioritise high quality custom design over speed, and will always be transparent about the number of days needed to ensure efficient and beautiful design, backed by my 10 years of design experience.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN MY VIP DESIGN IN A DAY PACKAGE?

On top of the VIP Day package investment, and only if your project requires, you will be responsible for purchasing / paying for:

 

  • Physical printing if needed

  • Desktop/Web licenses for premium fonts or graphics. These may be purchased as part of our project and will be quoted separately if applicable

  • Website hosting

  • Custom domain and / or email hosting
  • Additional copywriting / branding / photography needed for the site
  • Stock image licenses (if using paid stock)
  • Plugin licensing (if requiring specific plugins)
  • Source/raw files
