PROCESS
1. CONSULTATION
Book a free 30 minute discovery call to discuss your vision & requirements and get to know each other.
2. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR BUSINESS
Receive your Design Alchemy Call to go deeper into realising your vision. I will send you a discovery questionnaire to identify your requirements and support you through the research, inspiration & planning phases.
3. CONTENT CREATION
Using my specially designed Content Creation Guides you will gather all that is needed to complete the site ready for the design stage, I will support you with a Content Preparation Call, ensuring you are confident and clear with this process and share my top tips for creating engaging content.
4. ALIGN & DESIGN
I will create the design of your site, adding your branding and content and send you the first draft for review then respond to your 2 sets of feedback so we can create the design of your dreams!
5. BUILD & TEST
The site design has been approved so I can continue building your website and creating your new professional web presence!
6. LAUNCH, CELEBRATE & AFTERCARE!
After you have signed off any final designs, I will transfer your new site to you. You will receive your 1.5 hour Lesson & Launch Call (will be recorded so you can refer back as needed) and 2 weeks of post-launch email support. Launch your site, yay! Once you are ready to promote your new aligned business, I will feature it on my website / social media as I am now your new, biggest supporter!

Availability
I work with ONE client at a time so that your bespoke website can be launched in 3 weeks.
We will choose a start date that aligns with your goals and your realistic timeline.
After your Design Alchemy Call, I will send you everything you need to be prepared for Day 1. I recommend booking your project slot at least 1 month in advance to allow us valuable time for your content creation process which I support you with. Be sure to consider timing before choosing your slot.

Questions
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DESIGN MY WEBSITE & BRANDING?
The Project Period for both Website Design & Branding is 3 weeks each, both with a 1:1 dedicated service (you’ll be the only client i’ll be working with!) I allocate at least 1 valuable month of lead in time before your Website Project Period starts for you to complete your Design Questionnaire, Research & Inspiration and Create your Content (with the help of my specially designed Content Creation Guides and guidance from me). Once I receive all your content then we start the Project Period where I aim to complete your website within 3 weeks, this timeframe is provided that you give feedback on designs on time.
HOW LONG IS YOUR WAITLIST?
I often book out months in advance so as soon as you think you need a website – it’s best to book your project in! I allocate at least 4 valuable weeks of lead in time before your Project Period starts so you can complete your Content Creation Process and it is all ready for me to start designing on Day 1 of your Project Period.
WILL YOU HELP ME PREPARE MY CONTENT?
As part of your experience, you’ll receive my website Content Creation Guides that will help you realise your vision and organise your thoughts into strategic and engaging content.
I will also support you with a Content Preparation Call where I will share my guidance on how to create more compelling content to attract your ideal client.
However, if you know writing isn’t your natural flow, I can recommend an awesome copywriter for you to work with.
For images, I recommend some stock libraries and it’s really helpful if you get a photoshoot done and I can recommend you to an wonderful brand photographer for this.
WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT & DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Other currencies are accepted. The investment for a Bespoke Website Design is £5500 & for Shop add £1000. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your Project Period in my diary. The remaining balance is due by start of Project Period, payment plans are available, just get in touch so we can work this out together.
CAN YOU DESIGN ME A LOGO?
Yes, I can design you a whole branded web package, including a logo design process that will truly represent you.

DO YOU OFFER SUPPORT POST LAUNCH?
Yes, I offer 2 weeks of post-launch email support.

I am available for ongoing Website Maintenance / one-off design work & adding pages, just ask!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PAY MY DEPOSIT BUT DON'T HAVE MY CONTENT READY TO GO?
If you pay your deposit to book your spot but then do not complete your project homework or do not commit to having your content ready to go, you will be bumped to the next available spot in my project queue and required to pay an additional 50% rescheduling fee to re-book your project back in.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN MY BESPOKE WEBSITE PACKAGE?
On top of the Website package investment, you will be responsible for purchasing / paying for:
- Website hosting
- Custom domain and / or email hosting
- Additional copywriting / branding / photography needed for the site
- Stock image licenses (if using paid stock)
- Plugin licensing (if requiring specific plugins)
