1.1 To make a valid referral, you must complete the webform on this page (https://braillamay.com/refer-a-friend/

1.2 Only referrals submitted through this designated form will qualify.

1.3 The referred client must place an order for a new website project with Brailla May Design within 12 months of the referral.

1.4 Referrals are only eligible if the referred company is not already in contact or working with Brailla May Design on any projects. If the client has previously reached out to Brailla May Design, the client, the referee, and the services provided will not be covered by this Agreement. A referral fee will not be paid if the client has made any prior outreach. “Initial contact” refers to any communication via email, video call, social media, online forms, or other methods.

1.5 If multiple referrers refer the same company, the first referrer to submit the referral will be recognised.

1.6 Referrals from existing clients referring their own franchisee, business, or a new location of an existing customer are ineligible.

1.7 The value of the website order by the referee must be over £5,500 per website.

1.8 If Brailla May Design is unable to take on the potential client for any reason, Brailla May will inform the referee. In this case, the referee will not receive a referral fee. The Referrer will be notified in writing via email.

1.9 This Agreement begins on the date that the referred client is identified in the form submission email received by Brailla May Design. Each new client has a new start date.

1.10 This Agreement is valid as long as the referee continues to refer clients and until Brailla May Design decides to discontinue offering a commission on referrals.

1.11 The referred client must book their initial call with Brailla May Design through the Discovery Call link: https://braillamay.com/contact and mention the referee who referred them. 

1.12 The referrer will receive a commission only for the first website design project booked and paid for by the client with this specific referee. If the client books any additional products or services after the initial service, the referrer will not receive a commission for those.

2.1 Referrers will receive a £500.00 cash reward for each successful referral that meets the criteria.

2.2 The referred client must sign up for and pay for a website package in full, with a minimum project value of £5,500.

2.3 For existing clients of Brailla May Design, the reward can be chosen as £500.00 cash or credited towards a VIP Day.

2.4 Payment will be made to the Referrer once the referred client has paid their final balance.

3.1 The Referrer may be named in communication between Brailla May Design and the referred company.

3.2 The Referrer must ensure that the referral form is completed before the referred client contacts Brailla May Design.

3.3 If the referred client informs Brailla May Design of the Referrer after services have begun, the referral fee will not be applicable.

3.4 Cancellation/Termination: if the Client or service provider cancels services that have been paid for, I will pay 10% of the amount that I have received from the Client for work completed excluding the 50% non refundable deposit.

3.5 It is the Referee’s responsibility to ensure Brailla May has received messages or emails pertaining to the referral of a Client. Once the written referrals and communications are received, they will be replied to in writing to inform the Referee that communication has been received.

4.1 Payments will be made via bank transfer to a UK account in GBP or for international payments will be made through PayPal using the friends and family option GBP.

4.2 The Referrer agrees to provide a tax-appropriate receipt for commission paid within 5 working days of receipt of payment.

5.1 The Referrer may cancel their participation in the Scheme at any time by notifying Brailla May Design in writing via email.

5.2 Brailla May Design reserves the right to withdraw the Scheme or change its terms at any time, but previously submitted referrals will be honoured.

By participating in the Scheme, you accept these terms and conditions. Confirmation of acceptance is required by ticking the box on the referral form.
